Two people in their 30s died peacefully, simultaneously in bed from an overdose of cocaine six times the amount to kill a person. Rick Weed and Jane Gosnel died on May 3, 1988 in their beautiful, large home of 1.84 mg/dl each. Autopsies will show that .30 is the lethal dose.
Each also had a "barbiturate cocktail" in equal amounts that would have rendered both in an altered state. However, the Coral Springs detectives, under the watchful eye of Chief Roy Arigo call these deaths 'accidental overdose' and refuse to release the case to ANY other jurisdiction for investigation.
The blood pooling to the man's back after death indicates that he did not die in the bed. The injuries to the female's face, including a loose tooth, indicate she was beaten. So how did they die?
