I saw on ABC that the Little Rock Police dept is totally niggerfuxated so I imagine the delay in this case was probably due to prevarication over arresting a bruva during the 'Bama lexshuns' and hoping the case would go cold not figuring on such a fast DNA result. White mans magic wins again..
