What is even more frightening as reported by Rushton is that blacks raised in white families initially show a higher IQ at the young ages, but eventually settle at a lower IQ at later ages. Also, those whites that mix with blacks and produce mulattoes (like Obama) will have an IQ that is the average of the white and black IQ.
