I did not catch the explicit threat to Philly cops---the small type was unreadable. Terroristic threatening is a nice catch-all. Just do your time, pay your fine, or try to hire an appeals lawyer and likely lose---assuming you can scram up the 5K or so cash.

Later on, he offered instructions on to how to murder cops: "All we need is a Colt .275 to do it. Look, it's easy. You got the chamber, let it go off . . . anywhere in the head or heart . . . continue killing the 18th District police."

The officials said that Moore's 12-year-old son, Andre Jr., filmed the volatile video, and another underage relative held a gun in a second video that Moore posted on YouTube using the screen name "lildre502."

In the video, Moore is seen holding a weapon saying, "The Philadelphia police are nothing but a bunch of liars, especially the 18th District. I can't stand the 18th District. That's why I rejoice whenever they shoot a cop in Philadelphia because I hate them."

Later in the video, Moore is talking about the recent officer deaths in Philadelphia saying, "Boom … when you shoot the cops, you shoot them dead OK? Anywhere in the head or heart. That's why the last cops lost their lives. Because those guys knew what they were doing when they were killing them."

continue killing the 18th District police...There is the phrase that got him, though any local jury of dummy Kwans will convict on less in the terror-silly Kwa. I am sure there are bullshit executive orders and Patriot Act provisos that could be stretched to induce and back-up any federal charges too in any similar case. Conveniently, I am not IN the USA--LOL.
