Happy Birthday!  And thanks for this important bit of news.  Of course the rest of the world doesn't know about this robbery because, again, it illustrates what an absolute mess South Africa has become after the death of Apartheid. I can see why people would want to vacation in South Africa--it must be a beautiful country.  But with the media's almost total blackout of what is really going on there, many unsuspecting tourists might find their choice of a vacation spot to have been irritating at the least, and possibly deadly at the most.  And what a shame--esp. for those who remember how South Africa used to be.  "An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him last."
