Brownsville is full of Tex Mex reconquistas. After hitting a hundred beaners, you'd think he could have done better than a score of "1" confirmed kill, but inadvertent racial cleansing is inadvertent racial cleansing. Give him a jumbo sized bottle of tequila and a beater and send him on his way.

Are there any en masse Jewish bike rides coming up in the NYC/DC/Virginia/Baltimore corridor?
