Pacific woman's remaining body parts discovered along Meramec River

Pacific, MO (KMOV.com) - There are new developments in the murder and dismemberment of a 26-year-old woman from Pacific.

Franklin County Prosecutor Bob Parks says that the remaining body parts of Stephanie Fields have been located. Authorities had asked the public for help in locating the murder victim's missing body parts.

The Missouri Water Patrol, working with the Major Case Squad made the gruesome discovery, finding Stephanie Fields' head and other body parts along the Meramec River. They were discovered just down stream from the I-44 Bridge at Times Beach.

Sources tell News 4 that it appears that Fields' head was tossed into the river off the highway near Eureka.

Investigators found Fields' torso in the woods behind the Monroe Woods Apartment Complex. That is in St. Louis County, along I-44 near Lewis Road, an area that the suspect Vernell Loggins had led them to.

The couple lived together at the Monroe Woods Apartment Complex near Frontage Road not far from Six Flags.

On Thursday Vernell Loggins, 37, had a video arraignment in Franklin County. He has been charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of his girlfriend Stephanie Fields.

Officials with the Major Case Squad say that Fields' body had been cut into pieces. Some of her body parts were placed in a dumpster near the apartment complex where they were found Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities say that they have security video of Loggins leaving the Eureka Wal-Mart with trash bags.

A break in the case came when investigators found a trash bag full of bloody rags. That bag also contained a piece of mail addressed to Loggins.

Franklin County Prosecutor Bob Parks says it appears that the murder was the result of a domestic dispute.

Loggins pleaded not guilty to his murder charge in court Thursday. News 4 was told he is cooperating with investigators.

Loggins is being held in the Franklin County Jail on $1 million bond.

It’s very unfortunate but reality is reality and the reality of the matter is, this is what could, does and did happen when you move a savage beast in with you. The area of the crime, Pacific, MO. - is a relatively White area and this White female had no business relocating the beast from the back alley’s of north St. Louis and out into it. From what I understand, the White female realized her mistake almost immediately and tried to return the jig back into the jungle. But of course, just as soon as she spread for the spade, it was already too late. It was only a matter of time. It’s sad, but sometimes our biggest mistake in life will also be our last.

I guess the jig thought those “cracka county kops” could neva figga out who da killa be. Ha, as soon as they found the first piece of the White woman’s chopped-up remains in the that dumpster, they already knew who the killer was. The only SOB in the county who was low enough and capable enough of such barbarity, the nigger.

Niggers are the lowest of the low, matter of fact, they are the lowest form of life on the face of the earth. This is why I consistently say; “niggers should be shot on sight, when spotted, and with no questions asked.” The nigger was never considered as human in all of history, and they are quite obviously a lower form on mongrelized creature. They are a mixed mongrel breed of lower human, a creature mixed with the genes of some type of primitive primate. I knew the GD savage creature wasn’t human the moment I set my eyes on the first one I ever saw, at about age 9 or 10. These adult White women who bed down with the nigger animal aren’t brainwashed, they are too stupid to be. Again, as much as I hate to say this, there’s only one cure for stupid of this magnitude and it oft-times comes natural - death.

I guess a moral of this story could be, if a White female desires a nigger “play thing” for just day or two, it will rarely work that way - once you spread, you may very well end up dead, cause that’s how many nigger’s play.

As far as a lesson? That’s the only ‘good thing’ that comes out of a ‘bad thing’ - the lesson... if you haven’t learned it, read the moral again. Remember, the object of “life” is to “live” - do what it takes to survive. Survival takes planning, it takes wits and at least some level of intelligence. An untimely death such as this White female suffered… only needs stupidity.

And I know what some who read this will be thinking - “White men kill too.” Yes… and… -- >? I’m not referring to White men here, I am referring to Black men and yes, Black men kill too. White women need to realize that, that’s what I’m sayin.
