At age 3, Bloch moved to Los Angeles where his father continued writing for television, including such programs as "Gilligan's Island," "Hawaii Five-O," "Bonanza," and "The Flintstones." Bloch's grandfather, Albert, a man of Jewish descent, was a noted abstract expressionist painter. Albert Bloch was "the only American member of 'Der Blaue Reiter,' (The Blue Rider), Germany's most important group of artists in the 20th century," Dan Hayes wrote in a January 1997 article. An American Art Review piece by University of Kansas Art Professor David Cateforis pointed out that Albert Bloch's paintings had religious themes, with striking renderings of biblical figures, including Jesus Christ and showed strong Christian leanings throughout his painting career. Albert Bloch became head of the department of drawing and painting at KU, where he taught from 1923 to 1947, and worked in Lawrence until his death in 1961. At some point, Bloch's father changed his last name to Black for "professional reasons." The Washington Blade speculated that the change may have "occurred in the 1950s, during the height of the Hollywood 'red scare.'" By that time Sen. McCarthy's investigations had spread to Hollywood's film industry, and "anti-Semitism, as well as prejudice against perceived membership in liberal and 'leftist' groups, became a factor that prompted some writers and film industry workers to change their names to hide their Jewish ancestry." At age seventeen, Scott changed his name back to Bloch. NOTE THAT WIKIPEDIA HAS BEEN SANITIZED TO NOT REVEAL THAT THE HOLDER THIS JEW NAME, BLOCH, IS, IN FACT, A KIKE.

After Robert Mueller, then the head of the Department's Criminal Division, refused to even reply to the judge's letters and telephone calls, asking for corroboration of the New York Times allegations, the Sixth Circuit took the unusual step of appointing a Special Master to probe the conduct of the Justice Department. Eventually, the Circuit ruled in November 1993 that OSI had "acted with reckless disregard of the truth," and had carried out "prosecutorial misconduct that constituted a fraud on the court."Neither Attorney General Janet Reno nor the Department has ever taken responsibility for the prosecutorial misconduct.================================================Nazi Suspect to Be Deported http://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/02/us/02deport.html?ref=worldPublished: October 2, 2007ATLANTA, Oct. 1 — Federal officials said Monday that they planned to deport an elderly German man living in Georgia who they said was a guard and dog trainer in Nazi death camps.Officials in the Office of Special Investigations in the Justice Department identified the man as Paul Henss, 85, of Lawrenceville, a document in the case said. The document said Mr. Henss admitted in March in a sworn statement that he had worked for the SS at the Dachau and Buchenwald death camps, guarding forced labor details of prisoners at both camps while armed. The file charges that he used attack dogs to keep prisoners from escaping and that he trained other guards to use the dogs.Mr. Henss has not decided whether to fight deportation, said Douglas S. Weigle, an immigration lawyer in Cincinnati who said he had spoken to Mr. Henss and his family, but had not been retained. Speaking to reporters outside his house on Monday, Mr. Henss said he had committed no war crimes. “The training of dogs was no crime,” Mr. Henss said, according to The Associated Press. “I was not training them to hurt people.”Federal officials said he was an important functionary in the death camps. “The brutal concentration camp system could not have functioned without the determined efforts of SS men such as Paul Henss, who, with a vicious attack dog, stood between these victims and the possibility of freedom,” said Eli M. Rosenbaum, director of the criminal division of the Office of Special Investigations.Mr. Rosenbaum would not say how Mr. Henss came to his attention, but noted that staff historians had found a vast majority of war criminals in the United States working with ledgers, work schedules, rosters and other Nazi files and compared those names to immigration records.Mr. Henss, a German citizen, arrived in 1955 in New York, the charging document said.Since 1979, the Office of Special Investigations has pursued cases against 136 war crimes suspects and lost 9, Mr. Rosenbaum said.
