in reading the Wikipedia listing for Baume and Mercier and Cartier, it turns out that The former is wholly owned from a buyout by Cartier. The primary owner of Crtier is Joseph Kanoui, pictured below in the only two pics I have found.  Cleary, the second and larger pic is the older.
