Who says blacks don't want to work? These guys are willing to climb down man holes, plus--they have the technical expertise to snip thick, "gold bar like" live wire worth $1.58 or so per lb.. Why not make all black neighborhoods enterprise zones and send this crew on a depression-era "how to" teaching tour? Imagine how much they could make at the White House!
