A little over three and a
A little over three and a half years ago, I was in Penn Station with a stacked trolley of boxes. I walked 20 feet away and got reprimanded in a hectoring, haranguing way by a White NYC cop who said if he saw me do that again, he would seize all my belongings. It was about 1AM in the morning, and there were nig and other derelicts sleeping ON THE FLOOR at the top of about every other platform leading downstairs. NO PROBLEM for them from the kwaps, lol. They were just HOME FOR THE EVENING.
