Rogen was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, the son of Sandy, a social worker, and Mark Rogen, who works for non-profit organizations and as an assistant director of a Workmen's Circle.[1][2] Rogen has described his parents, who met at an Israeli kibbutz, as "radical Jewish socialists".[2]

Seth Rogan and Kevin Smith have teamed up for this no-holds-barred toilet humor potty fest. Kevin Smith's movies include Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Clerks 2, movies which contain non-stop jokes about feces, drugs, fags and even bestiality.

Kevin Smith and his pothead protege Jason Mewes love to make movies where they "feign" homosexuality. I think the two of them are sharing more of the "back end" than they admit to the hollywood press.

On a side note, I cashed in a free pass to see "Tropic Thunder" this weekend... total waste of time except for the part where Tom Cruise plays an ultra hairy hunchbacked hollywood jew named "Les Grossman". The makeup makes him look like a cross between Spielberg and Harvey Weinstain.
