On July 29, 2009, a lady identified only by her first name (Gail) ordered some french fries at the Li'l Chick roadside restaurant at 2901 W Bay Street, Garden City, Georgia. After Gail began eating her fries, she demanded to receive a new order. According to store owner Joseph W. Weeds, Gail had eaten most of her fries at that point. Li'l Chick refused to conduct a fry exchange or issue a refund, at which point Gail called 911. The police officer who responded to the scene resolved the situation by giving Gail $6.00 out of his own pocket. Here is Gail's 911 call.
