There were small numbers of many prehistoric dusky peoples in England, they were largely displaced by the Goidelic ("Irish") Celts, then those were largely displaced by the Brythonic ("Welsh) Celts, then those were largely displaced by Northern and Western Germanics, Angles, Saxons, Jutes, Frisians, Danes, Norse, Normans. The English killed many of the Celts and the rest ran away. 'Welsh' is Old English for 'foreigner'. 'Lloegr' is the Welsh name for England, it means 'Lost Lands'.These pitiful liars will tell you that everytime some new people came to England they miscegenated in with the natives, who welcomed them with open arms, and they all held hands around the campfire etc. so there is no 'English' or 'Welsh' or anything else and we are all mixed and the same.
