This young kid now "communicates" by blinking, and he obviously has lost all control of his bladder and bowels.  This wasn't delineated in the video, though one of the scant few print stories mentioned only the blinking aspect.  Arktos, this is the first--and last I cehcked--ONLY video on this horrific tale in the giant niggerized media market of Philadelphia--even though his dad is a bigshot in local government..  Gee, I wonder why.
