The start was a bit wrong. Even though many Russians don't like blacks or want them in their country. They still come :(But the rest is all correct. The sad fact for the blacks is that them not understanding the way a business works and the need for them to come to work on time will never change. But a sad fact for the whites is that over time if things stay the same we would be forced into employing blacks anyway. For example in some parts of England its the other way round now, you are more likely to get employed if you are coloured because the company wants to be seen as "multicultural".
